About
Because shopping should be an event. Let's book yours.
OUR VISION
The world does not need another boutique.
What it does need is more connection.
More confidence.
More experiences.
More places where people can gather, celebrate, and feel like themselves.
OUR MISSION
Flipping the script on the retail experience.
A place where women can come in and feel seen.
A place where shopping does not feel overwhelming.
A place where style feels personal, not pressure-filled.
A place where you can bring your friends, try something new, laugh in the dressing room, and remember that getting dressed can actually be fun again.
THE SOCO HOUSE is where all of that comes together.
Before there was THE SOCO HOUSE, there was a whole lot of life. There was me and Colby, figuring it out one season at a time. Building, growing, changing, starting over, learning the hard way, laughing when we probably should have been crying, and somehow always finding our way back to the same question:
And then there is Sailor, Our girl. (Fun Fact – SOCO stands for Sailor Olivia & Company) . The one who made our world bigger, louder, deeper, softer, stronger, and a whole lot more colorful. Being Sailor’s parents has shaped us in ways we could have never planned for. She has taught us patience. She has taught us perspective. She has taught us that life can be beautiful and hard at the exact same time.
THE SOCO HOUSE is coming from years of watching women want to feel good, but not always knowing where to start. Because confidence is not something you wake up with every single day. Sometimes you have to build it. Sometimes you have to borrow it. Sometimes you have to put on the outfit, walk out the door, and let your own reflection remind you who you are. That is what I want THE SOCO HOUSE to feel like.
It is a love letter to women who are ready to feel like themselves again.

CHARLI
If anyone had asked Charli ten years ago if she would one day own a styling-focused boutique, she probably would have laughed.
Not because she didn't love fashion, and not because she didn't appreciate a great outfit, but because she wasn't a 'stylist'.
Instead, she simply wanted women to stop wasting time trying to become someone else and start building a wardrobe that supports the life they are already living. Her goal was to create a place where community, confidence, and style could all live under one roof.

COLBY
Because while Charli may be the one dreaming up the vibe, the styling, the experience, and the feeling in the room, Colby is the one who helps make the dream stand up straight. He brings the steady, the practical, the “okay, and how are we actually going to do that?” energy.
Every dreamer needs someone who can look at a wild idea and help turn it into a floor plan, a budget, a contract, and eventually, a front door people can walk through.
