The THE SOCO HOUSE Assistant is the right-hand support role for the owner and the brand. This person helps keep the business moving behind the scenes and in front of the camera. They are organized, creative, trustworthy, and able to jump between client communication, content support, receiving inventory, and helping the brand show up well online and in-store. This is a great role for someone who loves fashion, content, styling, organization, and being part of building
something from the ground up.
The Style Associate is the heart of the in-store experience at THE SOCO HOUSE. This person welcomes guests, helps customers find pieces they feel confident in, keeps the floor looking beautiful, and supports the everyday flow of the boutique. This role is not just folding clothes and saying, 'let me know if you need anything.' We are here to help people feel styled, seen, and confident.
