Do I have to be a member to shop?
No. You do not have to be a member to shop. Members get extra style support, special perks, insider access, exclusive experiences, and a more personalized shopping experience.
What is a Style Profile?
It is the short style quiz behind every CLUB SOCO membership. Free members take it to join; paid members take it right after checkout, using the email from their order. Your answers tell us what you actually wear, so the edits we send are built around you rather than everyone.
What is the Members Closet?
A rotating selection of eligible merchandise. THE SELECT members choose one item each month and THE SIGNATURE members choose two, on THE HOUSE. Assortment and availability change throughout the year.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Yes. Paid memberships can be cancelled at any time, and benefits stay active while your membership is active.
Does the member discount apply to everything?
The member discount applies to eligible merchandise and may exclude certain products, brands, services, events, gift cards, special releases, or other promotional items.
Membership benefits are for the active member and are non-transferable.
Members Closet items are subject to current availability and must be selected from eligible Members Closet merchandise. Monthly benefits have no cash value.
